Thank you for shopping at Shore-n-Decor! We are dedicated to delivering your order accurately and on time.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Please allow additional time for custom created designs. Times will be given in reply when request is received.
After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Tracking code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.
Please allow 3 to 4 hours for the tracking information to update.
2. Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times, Tracking
We provide FREE standard shipping for orders over $50:

*Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
*Shipping to Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping, and may have delayed delivery times due to distance and customs.
*Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Sadly, we are unable to ship your order to a PO BOX or to a MILITARY ADDRESS
And, currently, we only offer International shipping to Canada.

6. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit
If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email (listed below).
*Remember to contact us immediately and we can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.
If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible. (see 7.3 Warranty Returns section below)
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Return on Custom Items is not accepted, unless damaged in shipping or manufacturing.
7.2 Return Due To Change of Mind
Shore-n-Decor will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 14 days of you receiving the item.
The item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, and unused.
The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.
7.3 Warranty Returns for damage from shipping or manufacturing.
Shore-n-Decor provides a 5 day warranty period after receipt.
If you would like to issue a warranty claim, the claim should be submitted within 5 days of you receiving the package. Photo/s of damage must be included before return or refund is issued.
The return shipping will be pre-paid for by the customer, however, we will reimburse you once the warranty claim is successful.
Upon the acquirement of the package containing the products for the warranty claim, we will process your warranty claim within 7 days.
