Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return of non-custom items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
1. Final sale items: Address Signs collection cannot be returned.
These are custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
2. Returns on non-custom items accepted for 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return shipping will be pre-paid for by the customer, however, we will reimburse you once item/s are received.
4. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

5. Restocking Fee. 10% restocking fee on non-custom items
6. Damaged items will be replaced for free or refunded at the customer's choice.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Photo/s of damage must be submitted for insurance claims before a replacement or refund will be issued.
Contact us as soon as possible if damage due to shipping occurs.
7. Warranty Returns for damaged items from shipping or manufacturing.
Shore-n-Decor provides a 5 day warranty period after receipt.
If you would like to issue a warranty claim, the claim should be submitted within 5 days of you receiving the package.
Photo/s of damage must be included before return or refund is issued.
Upon the acquirement of the package containing the products for the warranty claim, we will process your warranty claim within 7 days.
8. Exchanges are only offered for non-personalized items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
